For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references include Pinnacle Counseling & Coaching and www.pinnaclecc.org.  The Pinnacle Counseling & Coaching website is Christian-based Coaching & Counseling services. By using the Pinnacle Counseling & Coaching websites, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


 Pinnacle Counseling & Coaching collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services or subscriptions you have requested and may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Pinnacle Counseling & Coaching and its affiliates. If you purchase Pinnacle Counseling & Coaching products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

From time to time, Pinnacle Counseling & Coaching may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Pinnacle Counseling & Coaching or click on a link therein. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Pinnacle Counseling & Coaching, you may opt out of such communications by sending your request via the Contact form.

The Within Her Devotional website, www.withinher.org is a subsidiary of Pinnacle Coaching and Counseling and not a third party.

Pinnacle Counseling & Coaching is not held responsible for how third-parties track and use your personal information.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
